Basic Rebuild Service 1. Complete disassembly and inspection of components 2. De-burring of pump chamber passages 3. Inspection of pump end plates 4. Replacement of carbon vanes 5. Replacement of rotor support bearings (HT200 High Temps) 6. Re-shimming of rotor to pump housing 7. Replacement and re-alignment of pump drive belt 8. Replacement of filter element 9. Inspection of non-return valves and guides and gaskets Complete Rebuild Service Includes Basic Rebuild Service 1. Replacement (if necessary) of pump end plates 2. Replacement (if necessary) of non-return valves and guides and gasket 3. Replacement (if necessary) of rotors 4. Rebuild (if necessary) of defective drive motors If drive motor is defective- we offer rebuild by nationally known motor repair center.
