Placement Head Refurbishment Service
1. Complete Initial Inspection
2. Disassembly of placement head
3. Cleaning of vacuum passages through holder frame
4. Cleaning of rotor, to include inner surface and all nozzle positions
5. Replacement or refurbishment of rotor sensor dog
6. Replacement of all high wear components
7. Lubrication of rotor pivot pin, rotor bearing, rotor support shoulder, rotor location positions
8. Reassembly of placement head
9. Recalibration of placement head (re-shimmed)
10. Complete inspection and certification
