This is a complete inspection and rebuild of the machine.
The machine is inspected for worn,
misaligned, or broken parts. These parts are then rebuilt,
repaired, or replaced as necessary.
All mechanical linkages are adjusted to factory specs.
It is then calibrated using the P.O.D.
The statistical data measured at the time of calibration
will be given to the perspective customer for
evaluation. Service is available for all CP, IP, and QP
series machines.
An example of the assemblies inspected for rebuild is
as follows.
1. Cam box assembly
2. Turret assembly
3. X/Y table assembly
4. Conveyor system
5. D-axis table assembly
6. Vision processing system
7. Servo systems
8. Pneumatic and vacuum systems
