Article II. If all results are indicated with a
green ( 0 ), no
further adjustment will be necessary. If some results
are indicated with a purple (
0 ), bring that cameras gain level up by (10)
using the gain level adjustment procedure mentioned above.
Rerun center test until results are all indicated by
green ( 0 ). Do not
exceed 75 for a gain setting on either camera. If you
cannot get the results to indicate green, and gain level
is at 75, change the deviation setting by (5) not to
exceed (20). If you cannot achieve a green 0 indication,
please call for assistance. Saving Proper:
When nozzle center tests are indicated green
(0) on wide view and narrow view cameras for
all nozzle sizes, it is now necessary to save proper data
back to host computer or MCS.
Once this procedure is done and the proper data has been
received. It should not be necessary to carry out this
procedure again. It may be necessary to verify settings
after machine reset (power on reset).
Once this procedure has been set up, if results of center
test are not indicated green
( 0 ), the following guide should be followed:
1. If individual nozzles are indicated purple,
the nozzle AMID for that nozzle position needs cleaning.
2. If individual nozzles are indicated
yellow, the nozzle AMID for the nozzle position
should be replaced.
3. If individual nozzles are indicated red
(X), the nozzle for that position should be
replaced.
4. If all nozzles or all size nozzles are indicated purple,
ensure that camera prism is clean, and
replace camera high-frequency bulbs. |
It will be necessary to manually change
the Back-Light Tolerance values in
your machine’s proper data. |
