Placement Head Refurbishment Service
1. Complete Initial Inspection
2. Disassembly of placement head
3. Cleaning of vacuum passages through holder frame
4. Cleaning of rotor; to include inner surface and all
nozzle positions
5. Replacement or refurbishment of rotor sensor dog
6. Replacement of all high wear components
7. Lubrication of rotor pivot pin, rotor bearing, rotor
support shoulder, and rotor
location positions
8. Reassembly of placement head
9. Recalibration of placement head (re shimmed)
10. Complete inspection and certification
Note: All placement heads will be logged by serial
number and inspected upon receipt.
Inspection results and specifications will accompany
all refurbished placement heads when
returned to customer. Any placement heads that fail
inspection, and cannot be returned to
specifications through refurbishment, will be returned
to customer with inspection results.
Customer will only be charged for inspection service.
