Inspection and Service
1. Inspect shaft deflection, flange deflection, and linear
guide deflection
2. New vacuum packings and bearings in shaft housing
3. Cleaning and servicing of mechanical valve
4. Cleaning and lubrication of linear guide, spline shaft,
spring washers
5. Down rod is calibrated to proper specifications for
shaft height, flange and shaft deflection
Note: any shaft that does not meet inspection criteria,
or is out of specification will have to be
refurbished or returned to customer.
